I am a qualified sports and holistic massage therapist, and acupuncturist with over 25 years experience and I invite you to join me on my journey to bring little slices of peace and happiness to our very busy lives. 
My qualifications include Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Thermo-auricular Therapy, Sports Massage, Gym Instructing, Taping and Strapping, MET Stretching, Seated Acupressure, Cupping Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Tuina Massage, TCM Acupuncture, and Auricular Acupuncture.
I also hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Sport, Health and Fitness.
I am fully insured and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and Acupuncture Association.
